PLEASE COMPLETE THESE STEPS

☑ Step 1: Application Form. Submit a completed application form.


☐ Step 2: Proof of Financial Support. Full-time F1 status students are required to demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover all educational and living expenses for the duration of their stay in the U.S. Minimum approximate cost for each session is as follows:


12-weeks…………………$8,900 USD

24-weeks…………………$17,900 USD


Your personal bank account statement is accepted as proof of financial support. You may fax, email or mail it to our office after submitting this application.

 


All statements must be current and are subject to authentication with your financial institution. To properly open, complete and sign the PDF forms, you will need Adobe Reader. If you do not have it installed on your computer, you may download the latest version free of charge from get.adobe.com/reader.


☐ Step 3: Passport Copy. Submit a copy of your passport. Only the page(s) containing your name, personal information, photograph and signature is required. The expiration date should be at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in the U.S.


☐ Step 4: Application Fee.   The $100 non-refundable application fee must be remitted along with the completed application. Visa, MasterCard and JCB debit/credit cards are accepted. You may submit your payment online here: https://www.aae.edu/pay-appfee


☐ Step 5: U.S. Transfer Students Only.  If you are a student currently attending or have attended another U.S. institution and seeking to transfer to AAE, you must also complete and submit the Transfer Form, a copy of your current Form I-20 and a copy of your I-94 Departure Card ( I-94 - Official Website ).

 

All forms can be found at our website. All documents may be submitted by mail, fax (+1 415 567-1475) or e-mail (admissions@aae.edu) to our Admissions Office. Upon review and approval of your application, you will receive an Acceptance Packet. It contains your Acceptance Letter and Form I-20 which are required for your visa application at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate .

 

For transfer students, your new Form I-20 will be available after your SEVIS file has been released to our institution from your previous school.
