Residence
Clubs
Many students stay
in residence clubs when they first arrive in San Francisco. They are safe,
friendly, and fairly inexpensive. All include meals, usually breakfast
and dinner, Monday through Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Most clubs
are co-ed (for both men and women). Please contact the residence club
directly to make your reservations and check prices. If you prefer we
can make arrangements for you. All clubs require a $150 non-refundable
room reservation deposit for each student. Prices subject to change according
to season.

American
Homestay
Living with
an American family provides lots of opportunity to practice your
English. All our host families are chosen after they have been screened
to insure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Some families
have provided housing for our students for the past 10 years. Homestays
with American families run anywhere from $600 to $1000/month depending
on room size and single or double occupancy. Homestays generally
include breakfast and dinner. We encourage students to contact the
families directly for more information and reservations. Please contact us for more information.

Student
Apartments
For students
staying more than three months, an apartment may be the ideal choice,
especially if you can share one with a friend. A number of apartments
are within walking distance. All apartments contain a kitchen with
refrigerator, conventional oven and microwave. Estimated monthly
rent for unfurnished apartments:
|
- Studio
- $850 - $1400/month
- One
Bedroom - $950 - $1800/month
- Two
Bedroom - $1000 - $2000/month
|
|
If you are interested
in renting an apartment, we strongly recommend staying at a residence
club or host family during the first month or so. This will give you time
to search for a place that suits your needs or to look for a roommate.
